Ayelet Waldman is a former public defender and mother of four who says she has never tripped hallucinogenic drugs. But not long ago, she started microdosing LSD to help manage her depression. She says the experience changed her life and she's written a book about it called "A Really Good Day: How Microdosing Made a Mega Difference in My Mood, My Marriage, and My Life."
